From what started as a 'spare bedroom' consultancy, CRS|inc has grown into a multi accredited awarding body training provider, working with several multi agency partners.
The principle director has been instrumental in the development and growth of the business. With 26 years combined military and police service, his skills gained have proved invaluable to support the growth of the company and the support offered to clients and candidates alike.
Together with this knowledge and the skill set of the companies lead trainer, with 30 years experience as a detective and trainer with the special branch in the Metropolitan police, CRS| Inc are a proven facilitator of specialist training to companies and individuals alike.
CRS|inc is multi accredited awarding body status training provider, an ISO: 9001 quality assured firm and proud to be a 'Preferred Supplier' and associate training company to the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) supporting serviceman.

The Staff
All the consultants, assessors and trainers have proven track records in their fields. Two requirements are a feature of our staff:
- An ability to facilitate relevant and effective training solutions
- A successful practitioner in conflict management.
The main qualities of training staff within CRS Inc are a passion for implementing genuine solutions, an enthusiasm to continually learn and develop, bringing out the people skills bringing out the best of the candidates. CRS Inc only employs trainers and assessors who have a strong theoretical and practical knowledge base in their relative core competencies, understanding of conflict management and are good facilitators. They come from a wide range of sectors including military, healthcare, social care, security and police.
All the team undergoes a process of continual professional development (CPD). Trainers are available who are members of the Institute of Conflict Management. They are committed in the development, monitoring and promotion of professional standards and the effective prevention, management of aggression and conflict in the workplace.
